【簡單概述】

Annexin V-Cy7 combines the PS targeting properties of Annexin V with the near-infrared fluorescence properties of Cy7 dye, and is designed for high background environment or in vivo applications.

Cy7 is an NIR dye with low interference of biological autofluorescence and excellent tissue penetration ability, which is very suitable for small animal in vivo imaging and apoptosis detection in blood or tumor tissues.

Annexin V-Cy7 can be used in both living cells and fixed cells. Its near-red light characteristics also make it suitable for multi-color fluorescence combination (such as FITC, Cy3, etc.) for multi-parameter apoptosis/necrosis assessment, drug-induced apoptosis mechanism analysis, tumor treatment response monitoring and other studies.

The product also provides a high signal-to-noise ratio in NIR fluorescence imaging systems, suitable for the localization of deep tissue lesions or apoptotic signals.
